Terms and Conditions – 123av: Platform Usage Rules

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To create an account and use the services of 123av, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration — full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform 123av for breach of these Terms.
• Not using a VPN or any other location-masking method at the time of registration.

A 123av reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm the user's identity. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for the security and use of your account on 123av. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone. The 123av will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility, except where you have notified 123av immediately about any unauthorized access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings, for added security.

A 123av may suspend or close your account at any time in the following cases:

• Suspected breach of these Terms or fraud.
• Failure to pass identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Abusive behavior toward other users or the support team.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing promotions.
• Attempting to manipulate games or platform systems.

Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be classified as inactive. The 123av will notify the user by email before taking any action related to inactive account balances.

A 123av accepts deposits exclusively in BRL through the following Brazilian payment methods:

• Pix — processed in under 5 seconds, available 24 hours a day, including holidays.
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processing time of up to 3 business days.
• Credit and debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed via Brazilian digital wallets.
• TED Transfer — through major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no single maximum limit, although transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering procedures.

A 123av does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user. Deposited funds are available for play immediately after payment confirmation by the processing institution.

To request a withdrawal at 123av, you must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) — submission of a photo ID and selfie — which is carried out only once. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets registered in the user's own name, matching the CPF on the 123av.

Processing times by method:

• Pix — within 10 minutes of the request, available 24 hours a day, including weekends.
• TED Transfer — up to 1 business day after approval.
• Credit card — up to 5 business days, depending on the payment processor.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The 123av does not charge fees on withdrawals. In cases of suspected irregular activity, the 123av may hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for review, notifying the user by email.

Before any withdrawal, the active bonus balance must have its rollover completed. The real balance deposited by the user may be withdrawn at any time, provided there is no pending rollover bonus tied to it — which is clearly indicated in the account interface.

A 123av offers promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal offers. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, detailed on the promotion page within the platform. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Promotions are valid exclusively for users who meet the eligibility criteria described in each offer.
• Bonus balance is kept separate from real balance in the account interface.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be completed within the established timeframe. Unused bonuses or those with an expired rollover are canceled without compensation.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed retroactively.

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — connection drop, server error, or freeze — the 123av will restore the game state based on server records, which are the official source. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be credited back to the user's balance.

A 123av offers pre-game and live Sports Betting markets across a range of sports, including Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, MMA, volleyball, NBB basketball, e-sports, and other events. The following conditions apply specifically to Sports Betting:

• Placed and confirmed bets are binding. A bet cannot be canceled after confirmation, unless the event is canceled or permanently suspended.
• If an event is suspended and not resumed within 72 hours, pre-game bets will be refunded to the user's balance. Live bets placed before the suspension will be settled based on the score at the time of the interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each market.
• Obvious odds errors — values clearly inconsistent with the market — may be corrected by the 123av before settlement. The user will be notified and will have the option to keep or cancel the bet at the correct value.
• Bets placed using privileged information, result-fixing, or any form of manipulation will be voided and the responsible user may have their account closed.

By using the platform of 123av, you agree not to engage in any of the behaviors listed below:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to access, interact with, or extract data from the platform.
• Attempting to bypass security systems, identity verification, or fraud detection mechanisms of 123av.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits applied to your account.
• Making deposits with the intent of money laundering or any other illicit activity.
• Using VPN or proxies to access the platform in order to bypass geographic or security restrictions.
• Engaging in any abusive, discriminatory, or offensive conduct in communication channels with the support team of 123av.

A 123av uses automated systems and human review to detect suspicious activity. Any behavior indicating a violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

A 123av may close accounts unilaterally in the following situations:

• Serious or repeated violation of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Request by the user themselves under permanent self-exclusion.

In the event of closure initiated by 123av in cases of proven fraud, any balance refund is subject to the completion of internal investigations and applicable legal review.
